Meet Dr. Heather Rassel’s new partner…..

Dr. Nicole Strasko!

Dr. Nicole Strasko, D.C.

Growing up in the Midwest, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa in 2013. People always being her passion, she minored in Psychology.

Dr. Nicole has a history of sport in her background as a collegiate basketball and volleyball player. Just as she started chiropractic school at Life University in Marietta, GA she also was introduced to the rough and tough sport of rugby. Thanks to chiropractic, Dr. Nicole has been playing ever since- well, up until she got pregnant with her now baby boy! She played with USA rugby and was a part of the first ever professional women's rugby tournament in North America just in 2021. She continued to play professionally and recreationally around the world until 2023.

After transferring schools, she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. Post graduation, she immediately went on a chiropractic mission trip in Tonga to serve their people. She was humbled by the experience and witnessed the miracles the body can make with chiropractic care!

She feels privileged to serve all phases of life and this inspired her pregnancy certification in the Webster Technique through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) program which she is enrolled as a provider. Dr. Nicole believes in using the technique and tools that work for the individual's body and needs in front of her. Therefore, she uses a collaboration of manual techniques, drop table, and activator to serve her patients’ spines and extremities if needed. She understands chiropractic care is just one part of wholistic health, and is happy to provide tips and advice for a more well-balanced life and optimal results! Outside of the office this season you can find Dr. Nicole volunteer coaching the St. Francis LEAP 4th grade girls basketball team, guiding the SF Varsity boys basketball team with movement and stretching and most importantly spending quality time with her baby boy!
